How to Download Bulk SMS Plans App?

• Click on the Play Store button in your android mobile

 

 

• Write Bulk SMS Plans on search bar
• Click on Bulk SMS Plans link and open it
• Click on the install button to install the app.

• Once it gets installed then click on continue, it will take permission from you.
• After the installation process gets completed. Now you can start with the registration process in Bulk SMS Plans app.

 

How to Register Customer account ? 

• Click on the Login/Register button

• Register your account here
• Select your country
• Enter your name, email id, password and mobile number

 

•  Click on continue , an OTP will be sent to your mobile number to verify
•  Enter the OTP sent on your mobile
• A login credentials you will receive on your mail id and mobile number
• Now, Go to dashboard

 

How to Update KYC?

 

• Update Your KYC For the Account Verification

• Just click on Update KYC

• Enter your Name Email & mobile Number is selected from your Registration Detail and You can Add one alternate number here
• Enter Address 1, Address 2, your city & State
• Select any one address proof like aadhaar card, driving license, voting card  & passport 
• Enter document id From your address proof document
• Like If You have to select adhaar card then enter adhaar card number  here 
• Upload file of front and backside of adhaar card
• Next enter pan Card Number here
  • Attach Pan Card Copy
  • Next is GST certificate its optional if you have you can add it
  • Click on Submit

(Note- Administrator will review your Documents and activate your Seller account within 2 to 4 working hours.)

After KYC update, register yourself on DLT platform.

Note- As Per New Guidelines From TRAI, Every Individual/Enterprise Has To Register On DLT Platform If They Want To Use Bulk SMS/Voice Services For Their Business Purposes. TRAI Has Made Dlt Mandatory For Everyone From 1 June 2020. It Means For All Your Senders/Headers & Sms Templates You Need To Register As An Entity To The Dlt Blockchain Platform If Senders Are Not Active On Dlt Platform Message Will Not Be Delivered.

 

 

What is Contact Management?

Here, you can create your Contact Lists. In details, follow these steps:

• Click on Add new contact List

• Create New contact list for eg. abc

• You can upload Your contact excel sheets here
• You can send your sms individual or in groups according to your need.

 

What is SMS Management?

In SMS management, you can see Compose SMS, bulk SMS, Bulk SMS Range, Dynamic SMS, DB Campaign, Job Management , DLR Report.

• Compose SMS: Here you can send your sms upto 5000 Numbers
• Bulk SMS: Here You can send your sms in Bulk.
• Bulk SMS Range: If you want to send your sms to particular in Range like 1 to 10000, you can select your range here.
• Dynamic SMS: Here, you can send your message with the name of your customer.
• DB Campaign: You have to given a database in DB Campaign,you can run the campaign based on your selection of SMS Database for any particular city in India .
• Job Management: Here, You can check your Campaign details.

 

• DLR Report: In DLR report, You can check messages sent by you or download/View SMS DLR’s.

 

 

 

How to manage Sender ID?

Manage Sender: You can create a sender ID here.

• Click on Manage Sender. Create a new Sender ID request here.

 

• Select Country

• Enter Sender ID of 6 Alphabets In India
• In SMS content, Enter an sms sample you want to send with this sender id
• Click on Create New sender id Request

Now, Your Sender ID is Successfully Processed. It May Takes 2 to 4 Working Hours to Activate. 

 

 

How to create a template?

• Manage Templates: You can create your template here.

 

• Click on create a new template
• Enter template name
• Enter you template text
• Click on create a new template

 

What is Pricing & Coverage?

How to manage Media?

Here, You can create your voice note and send it to your customers.

• Manage Media: 
• Click on Create new Voice note

• Type your voice title and voice text
• Choose your file

 

• Click on create new voice note, your voice call will be activated after approval.

 

How to manage Voice Calls?

  Voice call Management: Here, you can manage your voice calls.

• Compose Voice call: Here you can send your voice note upto 5000 Numbers
• Bulk Voice Calls : Here You can send your Voice note in Bulk.
• Dynamic Voice Calls: Upload your contact excel file , type & select your voice note and send it to your customers.
• DB Campaign: You have to given a database in DB Campaign,you can run the campaign based on your selection of voice SMS Database for any particular city in India .
• Job Management: Here, You can check your Campaign details.
•  DLR Report: In DLR report, You can check Voice SMS delivery report or download/View Voice SMS DLR’s.
