1. Create Welcome Message

This feature of WA Bridge allows businesses to automatically engage with new customers by sending a predefined welcome message through WhatsApp, enhancing customer experience and promoting services.

  • This window is used to create a new welcome message.

  • Select create welcome message

  • Select a device you choose that will be used to send the welcome message.Then select device type with various possible options like text, image, button, etc.

  • Buttons: "Create Now" to save the new welcome message, and "Cancel" to discard it.


2. Bulk Broadcasting:

The WABridge platform shown in this screenshot is designed to help users send bulk messages via whatsapp. Here is a bulk broadcasting feature of wabridge.


  • Send Bulk Messaging feature: From the WABridge dashboard, Under the "Message" category on the left sidebar, users can access the "Send Bulk Message" section. Multi-contact messaging is available in this section.
  • Selecting the Device: Users can select the device then link with a whatsapp number from which bulk messages will be sent. 

  • Choosing a Template: Users can select a pre designed message template which allows user to save time while sending similar messages to different recipients. 

  • Uploading media: You can attach a media file like images to the message and the supported file formats are WEBP, PNG and JPEG with a maximum file of 5 MB in size.

  • Personalize the message: WABridge allows the feature of personalisation using variables (like var {{}}). In this case, ''anshul'' and "TRX2024" are used to describe variables, which can be personalized for each recipient. 


  • Selecting a Contact List:
    Send from pre-uploaded contact lists to determine who will receive the bulk message. This enables targeted messaging to specific groups of contacts.

  • Scheduling the Message:
    Users can schedule the message according to their wishes which means the message can be sent later on or immediately. This is useful for planning campaigns and ensuring messages are sent at an effective time.

  • Preview of the message:
    On the right side of the screen, message preview will appear to recipients. This includes attached images and the message content. 

  • Sending the Message:
    Once your settings are configured, the user can send messages in large volume by clicking on the "Send Message" Button. The WABridge feature allows businesses to efficiently send bulk WhatsApp messages with personalized content and media attachments to their contacts.

3. WA Bridge - Contact Management Feature

WA Bridge’s contact management features help to streamline your communication by providing powerful tools for organizing contacts and managing them. This includes create, import and export contacts. 



  • Create Contacts: This feature easily adds new contacts directly within the dashboard and it's useful for adding single or small groups of contacts manually and ensures that your contact list is accurate and upto date.



  • Enter name to create new contact list


  • Contact group has been created successfully. 

  • Import Contacts: The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to import contacts in bulk. By importing contacts from Excel and other file formats, you can seamlessly integrate your existing databases. When you are onboarding a large list of contacts for your campaigns, this feature is particularly useful. 

 

  • While importing contacts you need to select the contact list

  • DLR Export option:
    You can export your contact lists in just a few clicks. You can download your contacts to a file format of your choice (e.g., Excel, CSV) for backup, analysis, or migration. With the export function, you remain in control of your contact data, making it easy to manage and use outside of WA Bridge.

  • After that click on send message option, here you can see the schedule message option.
